Terms and Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (Anker Technology (UK) Limited), their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

4. Maximum 1 claim per qualifying purchase, maximum 1 claim per postal address.



5. This offer is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.



6. Purchase Period: 00:01BST on 17 July 2023 until 23:59BST on 16 August 2023.



7. Claim Period: The claim period starts 35 days after purchase and ends on 27 September 2023. All claims must be made and received by the Promoter within the Claim Period. Any claims received after the end of the Claim Period will not be processed and will be deemed invalid.



8. To participate in the £100 Cashback offer:

a. Purchase a Eufy Robovac X9 Pro from Argos, Currys or Very during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”);

b. During the Claim Period, which is a minimum of 35 after purchase, access www.eufypromotions.com and upload a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase (see clause 11 for required content) and complete the claim form as indicated with your name, your email address and your bank account details (sort code and account number) which must match the name given on the claim form.



9. All claims must be made on the claim form at www.eufypromotions.com and must be submitted before the end of the Claim Period. Any claims submitted after this period are not valid and will not be processed.



10. If a claimant makes a claim but has applied for a refund of the relevant Qualifying Purchase within 35 days of the Qualifying Purchase, the claimant is not entitled to claim the Cashback offer. If the Promoter discovers that a claimant has made a claim for a refund within 35 days of the date of Qualifying Purchase, the Promoter may require that the claimant return the Cashback (if it has been issued) or disqualify the claimant from the Promotion.



11. Content of Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase or store receipt must be in .png, .jpeg, .bmp or .pdf format and a maximum file size of 10MB. Proofs of purchase will only be accepted if they contains the following details:

a. the purchase of a Eufy Robovac X9 Pro;

b. the price you paid for it;

c. the name and branch of retailer you bought it from; and

d. the date of the purchase within the Promotion Period.

You may redact any purchases except the Eufy Robovac X9 Pro (but you must not alter the price, the branch, the date and time). Any receipt which is altered or tampered beyond removal of unrelated purchases will be deemed invalid.



12. It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide correct, up-to-date details when submitting their claim. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for entrants failing to supply accurate information which affects their claim.



13. This offer is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.



14. Claim status notification: Claimants will be notified via the email address provided if the claim is successful/unsuccessful 30 days of claim submission. The Promoter reserves the right to ask for additional identification of participant if the proof of purchase is unclear. All claimants submitting unsuccessful claims will be given the option to resubmit the claim (one time only) with correct details which must be submitted within a further 5 days from the date of the email stating the claim was not successful.



15. Cashback timeframe: If a claimant’s claim is accepted the £100 cashback will be transferred within 30 days of the date of receipt of the claim and into the nominated bank account.



16. Privacy: The Promoter may use the personal details supplied to confirm if the participant has requested a refund of the purchase price of the Eufy Robovac X9 Pro, and to issue the £100 cash back, and for no other purpose unless we have your consent or unless you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications.



17. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. Your personal data as supplied during this promotion will be deleted not more than 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period (so deletion will be by or on 26 December 2023) The Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available here: https://uk.eufy.com/policies/privacy-policy?ref=footer. The Promoter may supply your personal data to its third-party agency, Quantum Marketing (Europe) Limited solely for the purposes of administering the promotion You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending an email to info@eufypromotions.com with “rectify or deletion of personal data” in the email header.



18. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.



19. Only consumers purchasing as consumers may participate. No requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will be honoured. Only natural persons participating as consumers are able to claim and if the Promoter or its agent (Quantum Marketing (Europe) Limited) suspect a participant is in breach of this term, the participant’s claims will be deemed invalid



20. Proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.



21. The Promoter takes no responsibility for claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.



22. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation in the promotion.



23. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures (or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to claimants in order to avoid undue disappointment.



24. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. In exceptional circumstances including those described here, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions.



25. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.



26. All decisions are at the Promoter absolute discretion and are final. No correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter.



27. By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.



28. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless you live in a different part of the United Kingdom in which case your local laws and courts will have jurisdiction.
